~ All-Levels Vinyasa Flow (Heated): This class is to accommodate beginners through advanced yogis. The focus will be on mindful movements and asana, while we work on linking breath with movement. You will be developing a mind-body connection.
~ Alignment & Flow Yoga (Heated): All-levels multidisciplinary style yoga that will embody from the beginner to the advanced yogi.
~ Bliss 26 (Heated): This class follows the 26 Hatha yoga poses and two breath exercises. This style of yoga was adapted to work every muscle group of the body as well as bring freshly oxygenated blood to the entire body and stimulate all systems of the body for maximum wellness.
~ Breathe & Align (Heated): Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Asana (postures) are explored in this Hatha yoga class. We look to Align the body, mind (intention), and breath to achieve our highest potential on and off the mat. All levels welcome.
~ Buti Yoga (Non-Heated): A dynamic asana practice fused with primal movement, tribal dance, deep core engagement, and HIIT sequences to enhance burn of maximum body fat.
~ Gentle Yoga (Non-Heated): A slower paced beginner class to cultivate your yoga experience.
~ Intermediate Vinyasa Flow (Heated): Traditional Vinyasa Flow with slightly advanced postures. All-levels are welcome to try this class.
~ Power Flow (Heated): A dynamic, flowing practice which cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, focus, and endurance. It tones and sculpts the entire body.
~ Restorative Yoga (Heated): Get ready to melt! Restorative classes are very soothing, making them a good complement to the more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress. We will use props, dim the lights, and play soft music to allow for deep relaxation. We hold poses for an extended period, focus the breath throughout, and incorporate meditation. Your body will feel open and refreshed, you will be amazed at the benefits!
~ Yin Yoga (Heated): Find stillness… What is Yin Yoga? Simple, “It is the balance practice for your yang style of yoga.” Yin Yoga offers an opportunity to slow down and come back into balance. We will learn how to observe the breath and use it as a way to focus in the present moment. Poses are held for a longer duration of time, anywhere from 2-5 minutes, to increase flexibility in that part of the body. This is a great class to calm the mind and stretch the body. We complete the practice with meditation.
~ Yoga 101 (Non-Heated): This class is developed for those newer yogis, but all levels can take this for fundamental reinforcement in both asana and breath. The flow will be slower with longer holds.
~ Yogafit (Heated): A full-body yoga workout in a heated environment that incorporates hand weights in a traditional yoga flow format.
~ Yoga for Wellness (Heated): This class is designed for people to progress toward greater health and well-being utilizing their yoga practice.
~ Kids Yoga (Ages 2-5): Mini yogi's will strengthen their bodies, learn how to focus & keep calm through breathing, learn mindfulness to self and community, and most importantly self love. Our 30 minute classes will take your yogini through; yoga story time, musical asanas, body awareness, creative mind arts, partner dynamics, laughter, and most importantly mindfulness through meditation and breathing.
- Yogini's will take a journey in our themed based practice and elicit the opportunity for your child to embrace Namaste: "The light in me sees the light in you".
~ Kids Yoga (Ages 6 & up): Starting a yoga practice at this age can be life altering on so many positive levels. Our yogis will learn basics of the yoga postures, combining those postures, and end up flowing through sequences together. Basic principals of yoga will also be included on a level that suits the students. Just a few of the many benefits of this age group practicing together are:
- Building community and friendships
- Increasing self esteem/self confidence
- Learning to accept yourself and others
- Strengthening the body and mind to handle stress and external pressures
- Increasing an overall sense of peace and calmness within themselves
- Breath work is always incorporated as well as a mindful relaxation period at the end of each class.
